Who we are

The company Ambruosi & Viscardi S.S. has been working in the vegetable business since 1982, especially in lettuce and endive productions (smooth and curled endive, red and green chicory).

Thanks to the strong expertise of the owners, we are able to stand out from other trading companies. We have a new organization with huge capacity to plan and to rationalize the use of machineries, transports and human resources.

We have invested financial resources to create a structure to process and valorize the salad. We train our employees to improve their knowledge and professional skills.

All these actions are carried out, to set up a standard of our guaranteed quality even on timing .We like to work with a passion for the traditional agriculture, to create a specialty products .
