Supply chain

We have a dedicated office to manage the traceability of the production to give an added value to the consumers.

We have implemented two sections:

• Pack house system management (batch numbers and check controls) and respect of worker safety in line with the Italian law;
• Field operation management and chemical residues control.

Thanks to the implementation of these processes and the training program addressed to the workers, we are able to check the traceability at every step for each single production batch.

In line with international quality standards, our production is certified Global gap, to maintain and improve the commitment of the owners to reach the customer satisfaction at a highest level.

Our goal is to produce in a sustainable way and with the respect of the environment,and to respect the consumer in terms of guarantee of food safety.
