Fourth Range

The fourth range is born to satisfy rigorous customers who must address their offers to an ever more exigent consumer.
This production is placed in a factory which respects all health and quality requirements, and offers the staff a comfortable and dynamic place to work in.

Before being used, the raw material undergoes a field check, and is instantly delivered to the warehouse. It’s put into the freeze which turns down the temperature to grant the salads freshness. The working lines, using the most recent technologies, together with an excellent staff, grants an high quality of the product thanks to:

• An air conditioning higher that 13°C to grant the freshness and the healthiness of the salad;
• Over 4 times visual checking, all along the production, avoids the presence of external elements;
• The salads are washed using water under 3 degrees and high pressure water jets;
• It’s used a centrifugal machine to dry the already cut salads;
• The water "ozone system" allows the elimination of bacterium;
• Water involved in the working process is purifi ed and drinkable. The product is always traceable thanks to the informatics support and in 24 hours, from the picking in the field, is delivered to the customer.
