Our First Range Production, in order to be delivered in time to the Mass Market Retailers, follows a rigid and monitored process:

• Initial check from our technical staff during the harvest
• Cleaning and Washing after the storage in our warehouse
• During the production chain, a specilized team check for potential remains
• From packaging to delivery, we use the “cold line” granting vegetable freshness.

The Packaged Products, contrary to the Salads First Range, has a single pack for each vegetable: Curled Endive, Radicchio, Sugarloaf Chicory, Savoy Cabbage, Cabbage, Chicory, Chard and Sweet Corn.
